Digging Into the Problem
Remote work has increased inactivity. People spend long hours sitting with little movement.
As defined by the Sedentary Behavior Research Network (2017), sedentary behavior includes any low-energy activity like sitting or lying down.
This insight revealed the need for a tool that promotes awareness and encourages daily movement.

Conducted 1 on 1 interviews with remote workers (6 participants)

HabitTracker was designed to make healthy habits easier and more sustainable for remote workers. Through user research and behavior insights, I created a solution that promotes awareness, encourages daily movement, and keeps users motivated through flexibility and gamification.
By focusing on simplicity and consistency, the app supports users in building a healthier lifestyle one small habit at a time.
